Orders placed that contain “in stock” items on the website have a processing (ship) time of 24-48 hours.
If an order contains 1 or more “out of stock” items, the in stock item(s) will ship immediately unless otherwise requested. Backordered items will ship upon availability, additional shipping charges may apply.
Once an order is submitted, shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and added to your total order, then it will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Free Shipping Exclusions:
- "Free Shipping" is offered as a promotion and will be noted on the header of the website when offered.
- Sale, returned purchases, trade or discounted items do not qualify for "free shipping".
- Offer limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses in the contiguous U.S. only (Alaska & Hawaii do not apply).
- Offer excludes oversized items such as furniture. (Other exclusions may apply) Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight, these items will noted on their product page.
- Offer is limited to stock on hand and backorderable items, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.

Local Los Angeles messenger services are available for an additional cost, pricing is available upon request.
Expedited shipping is available at time of check-out for an additional charge. These orders MUST BE received by 12 noon PST in order to be shipped on the purchase date. If you do not receive an order confirmation by 3pm PST that indicates your order has NOT shipped and will ship the following business day. We will make every effort to limit the processing time for expedited shipment requests.
Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select refer to DELIVERY TIMES ONLY and not for the processing time and ship date for your order. ALERT: USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed to arrive in 1-3 business days. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Priority Mail "Express" next-day service is unaffected. Only EXPRESS mail from all couriers can be guaranteed.

Once your order has been placed on IgeDesign.com you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Once your order has been has been processed, boxed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you via the UPS website or Igedesign.com
