HOW DO I ORDER

  1. Use the website navigation at the top of the page (eg. Pillows, Pouches, Decoupage, Mobiles etc.) or use the search box at the top right of the page to locate items you are looking for.

  1. Once you find an item, choose the product option where applicable such as color, size, material, etc. and quantity. Then, click the Add to Cart button.

  1. You can review your items by clicking on the MY CART button at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your CART, simply click the Remove button, or Update Quantity button to change the number of an item.

  1. If this purchase is a gift and you would like it to be wrapped check the "gift wrap" box on the MY CART page, an addition charge will be added for wrapping. 

  1. When you are ready to make a purchase, click the Checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.

How do I know if my order was received by Ige?

  • You will be sent an email notification from sales@igedesign.com once your order has been received.

When do you charge my credit card?

  • You will not be charged until the order is verified, payment authorized, and has entered the shipping process.

 ​How and when do you ship?

  •  Orders placed that contain “in stock” items on the website have a processing (ship) time of 24-48 hours. All orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.

 ​How do I check the status of my order or track a shipment?

  • Once your order has been has been processed, boxed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you via the UPS website or www.igedesign.com. You can track your package using the UPS website, with the tracking number provided to you.

 ​What is your return policy?

  • Regular items orders can be returned for store credit only within 10 days (including weekends) of receiving of your order. All merchandise must be returned in pristine condition, complete, unworn, unused, these conditions apply to the original product packaging as well. If items were shipped under the "free shipping" promotion the original shipping amount will not be credited back to the customer, additionally return shipping fees are to be paid by the sender. Vintage fashion purchases are all FINAL SALES.

How do I return or exchange and item?

  • If you would like to return merchandise to us for exchange or store credit, please call 323.939.2788 or email sales@igedesign.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns will not be accepted without a RMA# and returned to shipper at the shipper’s expense.

Can I cancel my order after it ships? 

  • If you choose to cancel an order it must be canceled within 24 hours from the time it was placed. To confirm and expedite the cancellation please contact us immediately by phone 323.938.2788 or email sales@igedesign.com

What happens if the package arrives damaged?

  • Damaged items must be in original packaging and shipping box, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt for action to be considered and taken.

Do you offer gift cards/certificates?

  • You may purchase a gift card by selecting the "Gift Cards" under the Help & Info column at the bottom of the website page.

 Do you offer gift wrap?

  • Gift wrap is available upon request at check-out for an additional fee.

How do I return/exchange a gift?

  • Gifts received will be given an exception from our 10 day return window. Gift returns must follow the same return procedures that a regular purchase requires, a valid RMA#, receipt (gift receipt), proper packaging, and customer prepays shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?
