Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Regular items orders can be returned for store credit only within 10 days (including weekends) of receiving of your order, with the exception of vintage clothing. Vintage clothing purchases are all FINAL SALE, no exchanges, refunds, or returns. Please note that the pieces we showcase are gently worn unless stated otherwise. We guarantee authenticity. Please feel free to ask us any questions regarding size, fit, style, condition, etc. at firstname.lastname@example.org. All regular merchandise must be returned in pristine condition, complete, unworn, unused, these conditions apply to the original product packaging as well. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the sender. Regular merchandise that is damaged must be in original packaging and shipping box, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt for action to be considered and taken.
If you would like to return merchandise to us for exchange or store credit, please call 323.939.2788 or email email@example.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns will not be accepted without a RMA# and returned to shipper at the shipper’s expense.
Returning merchandise, please clearly mark the outside of the box with the RMA # that you were provided. Be mindful of the contents when packing the return shipment and include your original sales receipt within the box returned.
All exchanges and store credits exclude the original shipping charges, which will not be refunded.
Gifts received will be given an exception from our 10 day return window. Gift returns must follow the same return procedures that a regular purchase requires, a valid RMA#, receipt (gift receipt), proper packaging, and customer prepays shipping costs.
All sale merchandise, special and custom orders are FINAL SALE. If a gift falls into this category it will be considered a “final sale” as well.
