By placing an order on our website you will create your own unique account login and password. Create an account by using the "Login/Register" link at the bottom of the page, or wait until you checkout, where an account will be automatically created from the information requested.

Upon account activation, password-protects information about your identity, order history, and current order status. Your details, such as address information, will be pre-filled from the stored information during checkout. You may also make changes to your account if deemed necessary.



We will be happy to take your order by phone, fax, or email. For security purposes we require a copy of your valid I.D. that matches the credit card user’s name and billing address, it may be faxed to 323.939.2744 or emailed to Once the information is received and verified by us we will then process and ship your order.

Out of stock items may be “special” ordered upon request. We will confirm S.O. availability, pricing and expected ship date via email or phone within 48 – 72 hours from the time we receive your request. Until an official Ige Order Confirmation is received the order will not be processed or charged.

The average S.O. lead times are 2 – 3 weeks, excluding transit time your final destination (ship to address).

Once you have approved the special order a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping, shipping charges and taxes will then be applied if deemed necessary.

Custom orders require a 100% deposit, once payment is made to, we consider that an acceptance of our Custom Order Purchasing Policies Terms and Conditions.

Lead times and pricing for custom orders vary, we will confirm pricing and give an estimated completion date prior to processing the order and deposit.

You will not be charged until the order is verified, payment authorized, and has entered the shipping process. Ige Design Inc. reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion. Reasons may include: the goods are unavailable, pricing is in error, problems concerning credit processing or an issue of fraud is detected. We will contact you immediately if any of these issues arise.



If you choose to cancel an order it must be canceled within 24 hours from the time it was placed. If an order has already been shipped and you would still like to cancel it, you are responsible for all shipping fees, which include the initial shipping charge, return shipping, and any other shipping fees associated to that specific order.



Sales tax is charged to orders shipped to California addresses only, shipping fees do not apply.

Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.




If your purchase is a gift please note, “this is a gift” in the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” box on the MY CART summary page. We will then include a gift receipt, unless otherwise specified.



Gift wrap is available upon request at check-out for an additional fee. Gift wrap pricing is based on each individual item wrapped, 2 separate items = 2 wrapping fees. If you choose to have a multiple items wrapped in one box we will do our best to accommodate your request. In this case you would only be charged to wrap one box although it contains multiple items, 5 items in 1 box = 1 wrapping fee.



If you have purchased a greeting card, we will happily handwrite a message on the card for you. We also offer a complimentary Ige printed note card free of charge for messages and well wishes. You must request this on the My Shopping Cart page. Add your messages in the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” box then proceed to checkout.



We make buying a gift card online simple: go to the "Gift Card" button on the bottom of the page. Once on the Gift Card page, you may select $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 & $200 dollar amounts. If there is an amount that you'd like to purchase not shown on our website please contact us directly via email, or phone, 323.939.2788 and we'll customize a card just for you. 



Using your Gift Card, you may use your gift card like a credit card at the end of your shopping experience. Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase enter the Gift Card code at time of checkout.

If the total amount exceeds your gift card value, you will be prompted to supply your credit card details to satisfy the remainder on your purchase.
