RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All sales are FINAL unless otherwise approved by Ige.

Approved returns may be accepted for store credit only within 10 days (including weekends) of receipt. Vintage clothing is final sale—no exchanges, returns, or refunds. As with all vintage, pieces may show gentle wear unless otherwise noted. Authenticity is guaranteed, and any notable imperfections or wear will be disclosed. We encourage all clients to inquire regarding size, fit, condition, or styling prior to purchase at sales@igedesign.com.

All eligible merchandise must be returned in pristine condition—unworn, unused, and complete with original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. If merchandise arrives damaged, it must remain in its original packaging and shipping box, and we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for review.

To initiate a return, please contact 323.939.2788 or sales@igedesign.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Returns sent without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

All RMA#s must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please include your original receipt inside the return shipment.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only or in store or online use. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of an approved monetary refund, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Gift purchases are extended a courtesy beyond the standard 10-day return window. Gift returns must follow all standard return procedures, including RMA authorization, proper packaging, and prepaid return shipping.

Sale merchandise, special orders, custom pieces, and altered items are final sale. Gifts within these categories are also final sale.
