Care: These knives do not resist oxidation like stainless knives, they may oxidize if not fully dried after use. If oxidation arises remove by sharpening. Occasionally oiling with food grade mineral oil, seal your knife as well. After applying oil remember to fully dry as well. These knives are extremely shape so always handle with care.
